Welding is and remains a professional’s job. Not everybody can create a nice, good and strong weld just like that. In order to deliver the best result, it is important to have the best working conditions and the best tools.
Beveling metal is physically demanding and time-consuming work, and the quality of the end result depends on the time and person. It is a necessary evil for a good weld, but who in their right mind wants to be working with a cutting torch, carbide inserts, a grinding disc or flap disc?

Working with Beveltools concepts provides a consistent and accurate angle. Such an angle ensures that the required quantity of welding additive is optimised to meet the specifications, resulting in a stronger weld.
Machine quality without contamination
In contrast to the current beveling methods (with a cutting torch, flap disc or grinding disc), working with Beveltools does not add any contamination to the metal. A better welded joint is created through reduced encapsulation in the weld, as the machines of Beveltools do not contaminate the metal.
No finishing and no discolouration
Use of a cutting torch often requires finishing before one can proceed with the welding and the heat causes discoloration of the material. Beveltools guarantees reduced-sparking machining, with hardly any heat being added to the material.
Fast and flexible
The Beveltools machines are compact and light, so they can be brought to the metal without much physical effort and can be used in areas with limited space. The machine is set within a few seconds and the bevel heads are replaced within 45 seconds. A perfect bevel is also achieved faster; on average 1 metre of 8-mm-deep metal can be beveled within one and a half minute with Beveltools.
Better working conditions
Another important aspect is that the working conditions are improved by using Beveltools concepts. The machines are light-weight and create the required bevel almost without vibrations. As the bevel heads cut through the metal, the chips are large and heavy, and immediately drop to the ground. No hazardous dust particles and/or combustion gases are released.
